How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease medium baking dish.
  • To prepare the cheese sauce: melt butter in a mediu saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mi in milk and stir constantly until thickened. Mix in cheddar cheese and swiss cheese, and continue to stir until smooth. Reduce heat to low.
  • Layer potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layr onion and ham over potatoes. Top with cauliflower. Cover with the cheese sauce.
  • Bake covered 1 hour in the preheated oven. Remove cover, sprinkle with crushed cornflakes, and continue baking 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender and surface is bubbly and lightly bowned. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before serving.

    In no way did I call this MY recipe. I found it on a site that shares recipes. I enjoyed the recipe VERY much. I wanted to share it with my foodies so they could try it and like it as much as I did. You should feel happy that these people think it looks good.
    Good for you. I'm sorry that I'm not so hot at designing my own recipes and I like to look at cookbooks.

    This is a great recipe, I should know...I posted it on all recipes dot com a few years ago. I am saddened that somebody would copy it and call it her own. Outside of cyberspace, it is called plagarism, and it is illegal. Please visit the original recipe created by me. And, please use your own recipes, if you'd like to borrow one that belongs to somebody else, give that person credit.
