These are very good and a must for my cookie trays every year during the holidays. They go fast. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3-1/3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions
  1. Sift flour, baking and salt together then mix in butter and sugar.
  2. Stir in corn syrup and eggs.
  3. Stir in flour, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

Mmmm... these do look good. I like the addition of corn syrup but have to omit the nuts. I've got my baking planned for the next week! Thanks.
