1 cup Orange Juice (enough to cover Cranberries in sauce pan)
1/2 cup. Pecans, chopped
1/2 cup Celery, diced small
Sugar, to taste
Directions
Cook Cranberries, Jello, juice from Mandarin Oranges in enough Orange Juice to cover Cranberries on medium high heat, reduce heat as mixture begins to boil, (add more Orange Juice if necessary), add Sugar to taste. Crush Cranberries with the back of a spoon as they cook. Cook until Cranberries are all crushed. Remove from heat, add celery and nuts. Pour into a serving dish. Arrange mandarin oranges in any pattern desired on top. Chill overnight. Serve with dinner.
Flavor Tags are words that describe the taste of a dish. Don't be afraid to add a tag that already shows up. Please do. It will make the tag larger in size and emphasize that particular flavor.
