Island Fruit Salad Recipe

This salad can either be used as a dessert or it can be your salad... I love the tropical aspect of this...
Can also be made light.....L & T magazine

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
- 4 kiwifruit, peeled and cubed
- 1 can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained (20 ounces)
- 1 carton pina colada yogurt (6 ounces)
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Directions
- In a large serving bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- These can be put in individual serving dishes or pretty glasses.
- This makes a pretty presentation.

Bet that yogurt flavor really makes this unique! I get fresh pineapple already cut and cored and our big box store, Costco (BJ's in your area?) and it is so good!
