How to make it

  • Heat a large heavy skillet until hot.
  • Toast pumpkin seeds about 3-5 min, stirring constantly, until they expand and begin to pop.
  • Transfer seeds to a plate to cool.
  • Stir spiced pumpkin vodka and Amaretto in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds.
