Ingredients
  • 3 oz Spiced PumpkinVodka
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • toasted pumpkin seeds

Directions
  1. Heat a large heavy skillet until hot.
  2. Toast pumpkin seeds about 3-5 min, stirring constantly, until they expand and begin to pop.
  3. Transfer seeds to a plate to cool.
  4. Stir spiced pumpkin vodka and Amaretto in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds.
