How to make it

  • Unroll pie crusts and place one in pie dish, set aside.
  • Open potatoes and cut into chunks.
  • Mix soup and milk together in a bowl.
  • Gently stir in chicken, frozen veggies and potatoes.
  • Pour into pie crust and smooth evenly.
  • Place second pie crust on top of chicken mixture.
  • Press sides of pie crusts together and cut 3 slits into top of pie to allow for venting.
  • Bake at 325 F for 45 min.

    I have steered away from pot pies because of the time needed to create them but this one looks awesome and easy. I am going to try this one. Thanks so much for the post.
