This is the easiest chicken pot pie recipe you will ever see. (picture from wholefoodsmarket.com)

Ingredients
  • Pillsbury refrigerated Pie Crusts
  • 1 can potatoes
  • 2 cans cooked chicken
  • 4 oz frozen vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c milk

Directions
  1. Unroll pie crusts and place one in pie dish, set aside.
  2. Open potatoes and cut into chunks.
  3. Mix soup and milk together in a bowl.
  4. Gently stir in chicken, frozen veggies and potatoes.
  5. Pour into pie crust and smooth evenly.
  6. Place second pie crust on top of chicken mixture.
  7. Press sides of pie crusts together and cut 3 slits into top of pie to allow for venting.
  8. Bake at 325 F for 45 min.
