This is a good Broccoli Casserole recipe full o flavor, I love the ritz cracker crumb mixture on the top of it. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 finely chopped onions
  • 3 10-ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 pinchs paprika
  • 1 roll of Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch
  2. baking dish.
  3. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together condensed cream of
  4. mushroom soup, mayonnaise, egg and onion.
  5. 3. Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl, Break up the frozen broccoli.
  6. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of
  7. broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese and mix well, season. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish,
  8. 4.Sprinkle on the Crushed crackers mixed with melted butter
  9. 5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in the preheated oven.
