Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Directions
  1. beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy
  2. stir in rest of the ingredients
  3. pour into a greased 9 inch square pan
  4. bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
