yummy! I love chocolate. this one has a few steps....but it is well worth the effort

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 3 pks chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 cups milk

Directions
  1. 1st layer: mix flour, pecans margarine. press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.....cool
  2. 2nd layer: mix softened cream chees with sugar. fold in 1 cup cool whip. spread over cooled 1st layer
  3. 3rd layer: beat instant pudding and milk until thickened. spread over 2nd layer
  4. 4th layer: spread remaining cool whip and chopped nuts over 3rd layer
