Pantry Cleaners Fish Stew

- 2 cups vegetable broth, divided shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 ½ cups cannellini beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 6 oz water-packed tuna fish, drained shopping list
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- ½ tsp dried oregano shopping list
- ¼ tsp table salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp black pepper shopping list
- ¼ cup basil, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat ¼ cup of broth in a medium pot.
- Add onion; sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook about 1 minute.
- Add beans, tuna, tomatoes and oregano; stir in remaining broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in salt, pepper and basil; simmer for 1 minute more.

just made this tonight, except I added rice. Amazing! And I do NOT eat tuna! I hate it usually. My whole family thought it was delicious.
