Orange Drop Cookies

I love the orange taste in this easy drop cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 2 egs shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- FOR ICING: shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel shopping list
- 3 tbsp orange juice shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 cups powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- cream the sugar and butter; add eggs, orange peel and vanilla.
- beat until fluffy
- in a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk, beating after each addition.
- drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
