Just had this with our New Years Day Turkey, had to make a couple of changes, instead of marmalade I just grated orange peel in and instead of Grande Marnier I used Blue Bolls just beacause I couldnt be botherd to drive to the store, but it was great!!! And I've made LOADS of it!!!
