Ingredients

How to make it

  • add all of the above into a sauce pan.
  • bring to a slow boil.
  • reduce heat to simmer for about 25 minutes
  • stir often so it doesnt burn.
  • take a potatoe masher and smash the fruit coarsley.
  • simmer for additional 10 minutes.
  • enjoy warm or cold.

    Just had this with our New Years Day Turkey, had to make a couple of changes, instead of marmalade I just grated orange peel in and instead of Grande Marnier I used Blue Bolls just beacause I couldnt be botherd to drive to the store, but it was great!!! And I've made LOADS of it!!!
