How to make it

  • saute kimchi until fragant
  • add paprika powder, rice, the rest of the ingredients
  • stir well, taste, serve hot

    I have a Korean friend who makes THE BEST cucumber kimchi. It is wonderful with rice. I really must try the other ingredients withit like in your recipe. Sounds so tasty.
