How to make it

  • Steam the asparagus for 2 minutes
  • Melt the other ingredients in a pan and add the asparagus
  • Fry for 3 minutes
  • Drizzle remaining garlic butter from the pan over the asparagus before serving.
  • Add freshly ground pepper to taste

    This my kind of cooking.Welcome as a cooking buddy. I know better than to omit scotch whiskey but seeing that I was used to corn and rye based whiskeys, I didn't concider them as whiskey.Happy thanksgiving even if it isn't a national holiday there. I enjoyed the 19 months that I served in England,best part was the coronation of Queen Elizabeth...Bob
