Ingredients
  • 20 Asparigas stalks
  • 1 tbl spoon butter
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon course sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Steam the asparagus for 2 minutes
  2. Melt the other ingredients in a pan and add the asparagus
  3. Fry for 3 minutes
  4. Drizzle remaining garlic butter from the pan over the asparagus before serving.
  5. Add freshly ground pepper to taste

This my kind of cooking.Welcome as a cooking buddy. I know better than to omit scotch whiskey but seeing that I was used to corn and rye based whiskeys, I didn't concider them as whiskey.Happy thanksgiving even if it isn't a national holiday there.
