Mediterranean baked peppers and tomatoes

- 4 peppers, sliced shopping list
- 5 tomatoes cut into quarters shopping list
- 5 tbl spoons, white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 15 leaves fresh basil shopping list
- Dried mixed italian seasoning shopping list
- ¼ cup fresh mozzarella shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a baking dish except the mozzarella
- Place in an oven preheated to 180c for 45 minutes
- Spread mozzarella evenly and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish – goes great with any one of my chicken ideas – I’ve tried it with most
