How to make it

  • The amount of ingredients will vary depending on the people you wish to serve.
  • Dice the peppers(reserv some for garnish) , garlic and onions.
  • Brown the beef and drain the greese.
  • Add garlic,peppers,onions,cream cheese and spices of your choosing I used chilly powder, cummim, paprika.
  • Stir untill all are incorperated then place in a square dish with 1 inch or higher sides.
  • Spread the sour cream on top and garnish with remaining peppers. Serve with nacho ships for spooping the dip.
