No peek beef casserole

- 2 pounds lean stew beef cut into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 1 envelope onion soup mix shopping list
- 1- 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1-4 ounce can of whole mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup of red wine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in your crock pot and stir together well
- Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours
- On high for 5-6 hours
- I like using a Merlot, I go by the adage never cook with any wine you would'nt drink
