Pork Stuffed Cornish Hen Ngohiang Stuffing

- 1 cornish hen shopping list
- 1 lbs ground pork shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped finely carrot shopping list
- 2 stalk green onion shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 T corn starch shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves1 inch chopped finely ginger shopping list
- 1 T cooking wine( Angchiu) shopping list
- 1 T soy sauce shopping list
- 2 T sesame oil shopping list
- 1 T sugar shopping list
- 1 t Five spice powder ( T=tablespoon, t=teaspoon) shopping list
- 0.5 T salt shopping list
- 0.25 black pepper or white shopping list
- 2 boiled eggs shopping list
- cooking string to tied to chiken so they won't be flat shopping list
How to make it
- Deboned the cornish hen, leave the boned on the wing and leg intake ,
- mixed the other ingredient except the boiled eggs
- sew back the chicken skin leave a lil room to stuffed the meat and eggs
- stuffed the meat and egg right in the middle,
- sew closed the chicken,
- put in microwaveable dish
- microvave 5 min on high ( or power 10) 3 time ,
- pre heat the oven 450 , bake in the oven for 30 min or ontil crispy and brown
