Uncream Puff Roll

I want to recreat the roll we have from the restaurant, it crusty from the outside and taste similar like pastry choux( cream puff shell, not so crusty but still taste good, and soft, yummy
Ingredients
- 1/2 C water shopping list
- 1/4 C butter shopping list
- 1/2 C all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 425 grease the cookie sheet
- in a medium saude pan, combine water and butter bring to boil, stirr in flour and salt cooke and stiring vigorously until mixture leave side of the pan in smooth ball remove from heat
- add egg 1 at a time
- beating vigourosly after each addition until misture smooth and glossy
- spon in greased mini muffin pan
- bake in 425 F 30 - 40 min don't open the door or the go flat
