Tomato and Egg Soup

- 1 litre chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tomato, diced shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- When the broth boils, add in tomatoes.
- Let it boil for about 15 minutes, then gradually add in the egg while stirring gently.
- Add salt to taste and serve.
- Note:
- You can add in tofu or other vegetables if you like but we just want the slight sour taste from the tomato.
