Nothing like fresh cranberries mixed with holiday cinnamon apples. What a tasty combination this is for the holidays!

Ingredients
  • 2 apples (one green, one red delicious)
  • 1 bag of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 c. organic sugar cane (unrefined) (or 3/4 c. honey for SCD)
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 T cinnamon

Directions
  1. Cook the cranberries on the stove top as directed using the sugar and water.
  2. Peel and core the apples then dice them up.
  3. Heat up the butter in a skillet then add the diced apples.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon then add honey
  5. Cook until slightly soft (5-10 minutes)
  6. Add to cranberries and eat up
