How to make it

  • Soak dried beef in warm water for 30 seconds.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wrap each breast half in a 2-3 slices of dried beef, then 2 slices of bacon.
  • Arrange the chicken breast wraps in the bottom of the 9 x 13 pan.
  • Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together (I prefer a bit of extra sour cream.
  • Pour the sour cream/soup mix over the chicken breasts and dried beef.
  • Cover
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours or at 400 degrees for a little over one hour.
  • Serve over garden rotini pasta. This makes a great sauce. Use rolls to sop it up!
