Goat Cheese and Apple salad

Great salad for the holidays, I served it at Thanksgiving and it was raved about! New staple at all holiday meals.
Ingredients
- 1bag fresh spinach leaves shopping list
- 1 granny smith apple (Or your choice of apple) shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries ( I use craisins) shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 cup glazed pecans shopping list
- goat cheese (As much as you want) shopping list
- pecan vinaigrette: shopping list
- 3 tbl sherry vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbl honey shopping list
- 1 tbl Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tbl extravirgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tspn salt shopping list
How to make it
- Make the vinaigrette, set aside.
- In large bowl, toss sliced apple pieces, spinach, cranberries, pecans and goat cheese.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad.
