Fusilli pasta with 4 cheese

- 1 packet of pasta, cooked al dente shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for bacon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for oinion shopping list
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped shopping list
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground white pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 10 slices of bacon shopping list
- 5 slices of ham shopping list
- Grated cheese, regato, edam, gouda, kerrygold . shopping list
- 1 fresh cream( light) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Boil pasta in salty water.
- Drain and transfer to a large baking dish.
- Heat the oil, cut and sauté bacon. Throw away the bacon fat.
- Cut the ham into pieces as well.
- Add oil and sauté the onion until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Mix the onion (including oil), bacon, salt, pepper, and cheese (leave some to sprinkle on top) with the pasta..
- Beat the eggs with the fresh cream and pour on pasta.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
- Pre-heat oven at 180o C and bake until the bread crumbs are lightly toasted.
- Fusilli can be substituted with fusilli tricolore or with penne or rigatoni etc.
