APRICOT CANDY DATED 1946 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ellington Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1983.
Ingredients
- 10-ounce package dried apricots shopping list
- 1 orange shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Put apricots and orange through food chopper.
- Add sugar.
- Cook in double boiler until mixture is sticky.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls into sugar.
- Cool until firm.
