Cranberry Coffeecake Recipe
Tried and true and very delicious. Always a hit when I make it. I usually make two since one is never enough. Be ready to hand out recipe. Everybody loves this treat.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup butter softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounce can cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup pecans chopped

Directions
  1. Cream together butter and sugar then add eggs and mix well.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt then mix well.
  3. Add sour cream and almond and vanilla extract.
  4. Place one third of batter in a 9-inch greased baking dish.
  5. Spread one-third of the cranberry sauce over batter and repeat this step twice.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
