Pakistani Kima

- 3 tablespoon butter or margarina shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 tablespoon curry powder shopping list
- 1 ½ taspoon salt shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- Dash each: cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric shopping list
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes shopping list
- 2 potatoes, diced shopping list
- 2 cups frozen peas or green peas shopping list
How to make it
- Saute in skillet butter, onion and garlic.
- Add ground beef, brown well and stir in curry powder, salt, pepper, spices, potatoes , peas.
- Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve with rice.

This is a good recipe for keema, though I have never come across a recipe using beef, normally it is lamb or mutton. This recipe is very close to my mother's recipe, so of course I will like it lol.
