A different way to prepare ice cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 egg yolas or 2 eegs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Meshed cooked pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teasponn allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ginger1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup pecans or other nuts. (optional)
Directions
- Scald in double boiler milk.
- In a médium bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar, salt, pumpkin and spices. Add to hot milk and cook for 4 minutes longer. Cool.
- Add cream and pecans. Pour into freezer container.
- Crack until stiff.
