Ingredients

2 cups milk

4 egg yolas or 2 eegs, beaten

1 cup sugar

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups Meshed cooked pumpkin

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

½ teasponn allspice

¼ teaspoon ginger1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup cream

1 cup pecans or other nuts. (optional)

Directions

Scald in double boiler milk.

In a médium bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar, salt, pumpkin and spices. Add to hot milk and cook for 4 minutes longer. Cool.

Add cream and pecans. Pour into freezer container.

Crack until stiff.
