How to make it

  • Use a saute pan that is 3" deep.
  • Fill half way with water and bring to a boil.
  • Cut the woody ends from the asparagus.
  • Add to boiling water and boil for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from boiling water and run under cold water for 2 minutes.
  • Toss with dressing and a lemon juice.
