This dish can serve as many or as few as you like. It's addictive and you'll find that you eat more than one serving of this. This is a dish served at my boyfriend's parent's house. . .at almost ALL holidays and odd get together.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown casserole (thawed)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, cut in small pieces

Directions
  1. Combine hash browns, chicken soup, onion, cheese, sour cream, celery, and butter/margarine
  2. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake about 1 hour, uncovered.
  3. (Can be made ahead of time -- refrigerate it until a few minutes before baking.)
