How to make it

  • Make necessary chopping motions with each ingredient.
  • Add all to a large bowl, trying to keep as much liquid as possible.
  • Mix well and refrigerate at least and hour for best flavor mixing.
  • Makes about 2-3 cups depending how big your tomatoes were.
  • *if you use a flexible cutting board you can pour the juices into the bowl easier
  • *to decrease heat use less pepper flakes, chili, and cilantro
  • *to increase heat add a sliced jalapeno with seeds, or more cayenne sauce
