How to make it

  • 1. Cut dates in pieces. Mix sugar and butter well
  • 2. Cook dates at medium heat and keep stretching and mixing it
  • 3. When it becomes soft and start leaving fragrance remove from heat and pour egg into and mix slowly
  • 4. When egg is mixed, cook again
  • 5. Don't leave mixing, if you felt its hard you can add some milk to make it smooth paste
  • 6. Remove from heat and add semi crushed biscuits and almonds
  • 7. Mix it slightly and pour in a flat dish or in a tray. Level it with a flat knife
  • 8. Spread cream all over and garnish with coconut powder
  • 9. Keep it in freezer for an hour
  • 10. Cut slices like biscuits serve chilled
