A simple easy to make arabic sweet dish made of dates

Ingredients
  • * 1/2 kg fresh dates seedless
  • * 1 family pack marie or any sweet biscuits
  • * 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • * 1 tsp butter
  • * 1/4 cup coconut crushed
  • * 1/4 cup almonds without skin
  • * 1 cup fresh cream
  • * 1 egg

Directions
  1. 1. Cut dates in pieces. Mix sugar and butter well
  2. 2. Cook dates at medium heat and keep stretching and mixing it
  3. 3. When it becomes soft and start leaving fragrance remove from heat and pour egg into and mix slowly
  4. 4. When egg is mixed, cook again
  5. 5. Don't leave mixing, if you felt its hard you can add some milk to make it smooth paste
  6. 6. Remove from heat and add semi crushed biscuits and almonds
  7. 7. Mix it slightly and pour in a flat dish or in a tray. Level it with a flat knife
  8. 8. Spread cream all over and garnish with coconut powder
  9. 9. Keep it in freezer for an hour
  10. 10. Cut slices like biscuits serve chilled
