How to make it

  • Drain salmon well.
  • In small bowl combine salmon, cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro.
  • Spread two tablespoons of salmon mixture over each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortillas up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours then slice into bite size pieces and serve.
