Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cook first three ingredients. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon off fat. Add Parmesan cheese and heat thoroughly. place in a bowl and top with cheddar cheese Serve warm.
