Ingredients

20 OZ FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI, OR BROCCOLI FLORETTS

1/2 CUP MAYO

1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

2 TABLESPOONS DRIED MINCED ONION

1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 EGG YOLK

GARLIC SALT AND PERRER TO TASTE

CHEESE ITS

1 TABLESPOON BUTTER

Directions

DEFROST BROCCOLI

MIX ALL GOO TOGETHER EXCEPT THE CHEESE ITS AND BUTTER

PUT MIX INTO A CASSEROLE DISH

CRUMBLE CRACKERS ON TOP OF CASSEROLE

DIVIDE UP BUTTER AND EVENLY DOT IT AROUND THE TOP OF THE CASSEROLE (THIS IS SO THE CRACKERS DONT BURN)

BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL BUBBLY AND TOPPING CRIPS
