Melt in Your Mouth Shortbread

- 1/2 block butter (250g) shopping list
- 1/2 cup caster sugar (fine sugar) shopping list
- 1/2 cup icing sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup custard powder shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 Tblsp water shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven to 109oC and line (or grease) a cookie tray.
- Put first three ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Add the last three ingredients and blend until a dough forms.
- Shape into a large sausage shape and roll in sugar.
- Cut into slices (8-10mm) and arrange on a tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until just turning golden brown.
