Delicious with any vegetable. Also great on a Slice of Turkey

Ingredients
  • 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
  • 2 tbls minced onion
  • 1/2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup half & half (or milk)
  • 2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbl dried chives

Directions
  1. Blend cream cheese, milk and spinach.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
