Stuffed French Toast With Apricot Sauce

- egg Mixture shopping list
- 6 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk shopping list
- Blend above ingredients together and put into a shallow pie plate shopping list
- Stuffing Mixture shopping list
- 8 ounces of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Beat together in mixer until blended shopping list
- Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Spread filling thinly on a slice of firm bread sliced 1" thick. Place second slice of bread on top making a sandwich. Dip sandwich in egg mixture and place on greased electric griddle or skillet. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of sandwich. Cook until browned on both sides. Cut sandwich diagonally and place on serving plate. Drizzle apricot sauce over sandwich and garnish with bananas sliced diagonally and a slice of kiwi.
- Apricot Sauce
- 12 ounces of apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- Mix and warm in the microwave
