Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lb hamburger
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 20 oz can enchilada sauce
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • Corn tortillas
  • 4 cup cheese

Directions
  1. Brown hamburger and onions, salt
  2. Add sauces and chili powder
  3. In separate bowl mix egg and cottage cheese.
  4. Spray 9x13 pan. Put a little sauce in bottom.
  5. Layer:
  6. Tortillas
  7. 1/3 cheese
  8. All egg mixture
  9. 1/3 meat sauce
  10. REPEAT with cheese on top.
  11. Bake 45 minutes-let stand additional 10 before serving
