Ingredients

How to make it

  • Poke long slits with a sharp knife around the stem of the tomato in a circle. Then continue in rows to the middle of the tomato.
  • Slice the garlic cloves large enough to be inserted into the holes.
  • Stuff the tomato with the garlic, adding basil or salt if desired.
  • Wrap in foil and broil until tomato is soft
  • Serve immediately
