This is a knock-off of Hamburger Helper's Cheeseburger Mac. It's better IMO!! It's not really a true recipe, kinda just whatever you have...

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 box macaroni with powdered cheese (like Kraft)
  • About 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • About 1/4 cup milk
  • Any kind of cheese you have in the fridge

Directions
  1. Brown and drain the ground beef as you are boiling macaroni.
  2. Drain macaroni and return to pot.
  3. Add butter and milk, then cheese packet.
  4. Add ground beef and stir. (Add this before the other cheese so you can see how cheesy you want it.)
  5. Add however much cheese you want to get it to the perfect cheesiness (is that a word?) as you like!
