Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz.) package powdered sugar-sifted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts-optional

Directions
  1. Combine sugar,cocoa and salt in a 2 qt. glass bowl,add butter
  2. microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
  3. add milk,stiring till well mixed
  4. microwave 1 minute on high
  5. stir in vanilla and nuts(if used) pour in an 8"X 8",lightly greased pan
  6. refrigerate until firm and then cut into 1" squares
