Ingredients

6T butter

1/3c flour

1/4-1/2t pepper

1c chicken broth

1c half and half

1(4 oz) can mushrooms,undrained

1c cooked peas

2 oz. chopped pimento

3c cooked cubed chicken

Directions

Melt butter,stir in salt,pepper and flour. Cook till bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth,half and half and mushrooms liquid.Cook till thickened.stirring constantly,add the remaining mushrooms,peas,pimento and chicken,simmer 15 mins.

Serve on patty shells or with rice
