No-bake Appetizer Cheesecake

- 3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 16 oz. cottage cheese (2 cups), drained shopping list
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish (or chopped canned green chilis) shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 6 bacon slices, cooked, drained and crumbled shopping list
- 2 chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl or a food processor, combine Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, horseradish or chilis, mayonnaise, mustard, bacon, green onion, salt , pepper and butter.
- Process or mix until blended but not smooth.
- Press into an ungreased 8 inch springform pan, cover with foil or plastic wrap; refrigerate at for at least 4 hours.
- Remove cover and sides of pan.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions in a decorative pattern.
- Cut into thin wedges and serve with crackers.
