Ingredients

How to make it

  • boil egg, carot and potato for 15 minutes, cut into bite size portion
  • cut vegetables into bite size portion and dip in a boiling water for 3 minutes, drain
  • for dressing, combine everything, taste
  • toss salad with the dressing before serving

    Love this. I used to eat this everyday. With added tempe, potatoes and rice cake would be extra good.

    I really like the way this salad is presented! Over here we tend to throw everything all together and drown it in salad dressing, not a very appealing way to eat! I prefer your way, and I love peanut sauce! Thank you for posting this, NakedChef :)
