indonesian salad with peanut sauce

- for the sallad : 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 toufu shopping list
- 1 carot shopping list
- 1 potato shopping list
- 200 grams of cabbage shopping list
- 200 grams of spinach shopping list
- 200 grams of bean sprout shopping list
- 200 grams of cabbage shopping list
- 200 grams of cucumber shopping list
- 200 grams of beans shopping list
- for peanut dressing: juice from 1 lime shopping list
- 200 grams of roasted peanut, ground shopping list
- 2 chilli, minced shopping list
- 2 garlic, minced shopping list
- 50 grams of brown sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt and pepper shopping list
- pinch of coriander seed powder shopping list
- 2 cups of water shopping list
How to make it
- boil egg, carot and potato for 15 minutes, cut into bite size portion
- cut vegetables into bite size portion and dip in a boiling water for 3 minutes, drain
- for dressing, combine everything, taste
- toss salad with the dressing before serving

I really like the way this salad is presented! Over here we tend to throw everything all together and drown it in salad dressing, not a very appealing way to eat! I prefer your way, and I love peanut sauce! Thank you for posting this, NakedChef :)
