Ingredients
  • for the sallad : 2 eggs
  • 1 toufu
  • 1 carot
  • 1 potato
  • 200 grams of cabbage
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • 200 grams of bean sprout
  • 200 grams of cabbage
  • 200 grams of cucumber
  • 200 grams of beans
  • for peanut dressing: juice from 1 lime
  • 200 grams of roasted peanut, ground
  • 2 chilli, minced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • pinch of coriander seed powder
  • 2 cups of water

Directions
  1. boil egg, carot and potato for 15 minutes, cut into bite size portion
  2. cut vegetables into bite size portion and dip in a boiling water for 3 minutes, drain
  3. for dressing, combine everything, taste
  4. toss salad with the dressing before serving

I really like the way this salad is presented! Over here we tend to throw everything all together and drown it in salad dressing, not a very appealing way to eat! I prefer your way, and I love peanut sauce! Thank you for posting this, NakedChef :)

Anything green and healthy is a 5 to me, and this looks so good, those eggs make me want to boil some now, wahahhahihiihi.


Love this. I used to eat this everyday. With added tempe, potatoes and rice cake would be extra good.
