How to make it

  • Clean and wash your fish, marinade with salt for at least 5 mins
  • heat oil on a wok, whrn the oil is hot, put the fish in the wok,
  • reduce to medium heat
  • fry the fish with medium heat until golden brown,
  • serve with chilli sauce

    when the fish is very fresh, and you deep fried the fish until golden brown and crisp, it's good
