Bunch of small fish

sea salt

Directions

Clean and wash your fish, marinade with salt for at least 5 mins

heat oil on a wok, whrn the oil is hot, put the fish in the wok,

reduce to medium heat

fry the fish with medium heat until golden brown,

serve with chilli sauce
