How to make it

  • With 1 tbs oil saute ginger and garlic until fragant add dou ban jiang.
  • Add ground pork, stir fry until pork is brown , add sugar to caramelize, add soy sauce.
  • when it's fragant Add stock, rice wine, and tofu
  • cook until sauce is absorbed, add sesame oil, corn flour mixture to thicken the sauce.
  • garnish with finely sliced spring onion, served

    Traditionally it uses beef, not pork.
