BEER BATTER BAKED POTATOES

- 4 lg. baking potatoes shopping list
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs shopping list
- beer BATTER: shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- 1 can beer shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Bake potatoes until nearly done. Dip in beer batter, roll in corn flake crumbs. Deep fry until brown. Return to oven (325 degrees F.) and bake until done.
- Beer Batter: Separate egg. Set aside egg white. Blend ingredients with mixer, using only the egg yolk. Let stand for 1 hour. Then beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter. Let stand for 1 hour before using.
