How to make it

  • Bake potatoes until nearly done. Dip in beer batter, roll in corn flake crumbs. Deep fry until brown. Return to oven (325 degrees F.) and bake until done.
  • Beer Batter: Separate egg. Set aside egg white. Blend ingredients with mixer, using only the egg yolk. Let stand for 1 hour. Then beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter. Let stand for 1 hour before using.
