Ingredients
- 1 Beef chuck roast
- 1pkg dry italian dressing mix
- 1 jar pepperocini peppers with juice
- 1 small bottle zesty italian dressing
- sandwich rolls
- sliced mozzarella or provelone cheese
Directions
- Place first 4 ingredients in crockpot
- Cook on low 6-8 hours
- Shred with hand mixer or two forks
- Serve on sandwich rolls topped with cheese

This is almost exactly as I make it....I use a can of swanson beef broth instead of the bottle of zesty italian dressing...everything else is the same...it's great!!! love it on nice thick crusty french bread or rolls...with some sauteed green peppers and some hot Giardinere!
