How to make it

  • Place first 4 ingredients in crockpot
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours
  • Shred with hand mixer or two forks
  • Serve on sandwich rolls topped with cheese

    this is almost exactly as I make it....I use a can of swanson beef broth instead of the bottle of zesty italian dressing...everything else is the's great!!! love it on nice thick crusty french bread or rolls...with some sauteed green peppers and some hot Giardinere!
