How to make it

  • Defrost Spinach
  • Take a clean kitchen towel or double up on paper towels and squeeze all excess water from spinach
  • Start melting Cream cheese on stove top over low flame
  • Add Parmesan Cheese
  • Then add the drained spinach
  • Cook on med. low until fully mixed and warm

    This is super yummy, however I used 2 bunches of fresh spanach and wilted it while I melted the cream cheese. I also added fresh yellow onion and fresh chopped fine garlic. Absolutely delicious!!
